Letter to the editor: Reserve fund useful
To the editor:
Margie Hinkle asks what is the purpose of the reserve fund in school budgets (Sept. 1 Journal-World letter to the editor.) These funds are there to deal with unseen emergencies that arise. It’s good management. You should wish our state and federal governments could manage our money as well as local school boards.
