Letter to the editor: Gun action plan
To the editor:
I would like each of the local candidates for the upcoming local election to provide an action plan with specific measurable goals and a time line with specific dates to implement those goals to reduce the prevalence of gun violence.
The time for meaningless words and no action has long since been passed. Since no one at state or federal levels is accomplishing anything, we must as local citizens take care of ourselves.
Do something NOW. Prove you deserve my vote.
