Letter to the editor: Kobach echoes Trump
To the editor:
I am belatedly waking up to the fact that Kris Kobach is taking his gubernatorial campaign strategy straight out of Donald Trump’s playbook. First, we had “alarm the people about a ‘horrible’ issue that they must fear” (his unsubstantiated claims of massive voter fraud in Kansas). Now we’re into his “drain the swamp” protestation phase (“a culture of corruption in Topeka” that only he can fix). Brace yourself, fellow Kansans; a massive tweet storm can’t be far behind.
