Greensboro, N.C. ? Former Free State High standout swimmer Courtney Caldwell, a freshman at North Carolina State, helped set an ACC record in the 400 freestyle relay on Saturday at the ACC Championships.

Caldwell swam the third leg in 47.85 seconds, helping her relay win in 3:11.90, which shattered the previous record by more than a second.
