Letter: Beautiful city
To the editor:
I am writing to compliment the Lawrence Parks and Recreation forestry department. This morning as I was driving to work, a crew was out planting new trees along the Clinton Parkway median to replace the ones that didn’t make it. These workers do such a great job of keeping our city looking beautiful. We should all take notice and have gratitude.
