Letter: Simply fabulous
To the editor:
Thank you, performers, Kansas University School of Music, Lawrence Children’s Choir, Lied Center and Lawrence Arts Center, for “Simple Gifts,” the free concert Saturday that showcased many of the talented artists who make Lawrence such a wonderful place to call home. The program was fabulous and the musicians first-rate.
We would like to have seen the names of all of the instrumentalists and each of the children who produced such a memorable event. Whether we have met you or not, thank you!
We would also like to echo Lawrence Art Center Director Susan Tate’s admonition to continue supporting the arts in Lawrence.
