Lenexa man in hospital after crashing motorcycle on K-10

A 38-year-old Lenexa man was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Wednesday afternoon after a one-vehicle accident near Eudora.

Alastair Fraser III was driving eastbound on Kansas Highway 10 when he wrecked his Harley Davidson motorcycle while attempting to avoid a dog that had entered the highway from the north near mile marker 10, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Fraser was admitted to the hospital following the accident, but is in good condition, Overland Park Regional spokeswoman Christine Hamele said. Fraser was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
