Ohio Street apartment fire causes nearly $200,000 in damages

A day after a two-alarm fire at a central Lawrence apartment complex, Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical investigators continue to search for the cause of the blaze, Division Chief Eve Tolefree said Thursday.
Tolefree said the Wednesday fire at 1224 Ohio St. caused $194,000 in damages.
No one was physically harmed in the fire.
