To the editor:

As my heart is broken and grieving with the loss of my April puppy (multipoo) at the fire at Christal K-9. I had just returned from Mexico and read online of this tragedy.

I want to thank everyone for the quick response, Becky (Jazzercise instructor) calling 911, the firefighters, volunteers, veterinarians and techs and anyone else that helped to get all the dogs out of the building. I can only imagine how hectic and chaotic it must of been trying to get the dogs out of the building and to medical facilities.

Thank you to the Chinese Shar Pei Club of America for purchasing  the oxygen masks for dogs.  

My sympathy goes to the other dog owners that lost their best friend. And thank you Cedric and Liz for being with April til the end.
