Several U.S. Bank locations now accepting donations to Just Food
Community members are invited to visit several U.S. Bank locations in Lawrence between now and Nov. 22 to donate food to Just Food.
Donations will go toward feeding the hungry in Douglas County.
Residents are encouraged to donate the following items: rice, condensed milk, dry milk, flour; nonperishable and canned foods, including peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit and soup; and canned meats, such as tuna, chicken, pork and beef.
Diapers, laundry detergent and toilet paper are also needed.
Participating U.S. Bank locations include 900 Massachusetts St., 1807 W. 23rd St., 1600 E. 23rd St., 3500 W. Sixth St. and 2701 Iowa St.
