Lawrence man arrested on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child
A 21-year-old Lawrence man was arrested Monday afternoon on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child.
Lawrence police arrested the man about 2 p.m. in the 100 block of North Michigan St., according to jail records. He was released from Douglas County Jail on a $10,000 bond, and has not yet appeared in court or been charged. Details about the complaint that led to the arrest were not available Tuesday.
The Journal-World typically does not identify suspects in sex crimes unless they have been convicted.
