Free State High senior football receiver and special-teams standout Tye Hughes has been added to the East all-star roster for the 2013 Kansas Shrine Bowl.

Hughes replaces his Firebirds teammate, Cody Stanclift, who has elected not to participate.

The 40th Shrine Bowl will be played July 27 at Washburn University, in Topeka.
