Free State senior guard Kennedy Kirkpatrick concluded her high school playing career with her third straight first team All-Sunflower League selection.

Kirkpatrick, who will play next year at Bowling Green State University, was one of 10 players named to the first team.

Lawrence junior forward Kionna Coleman and FSHS junior forward Scout Wiebe were two of the 10 players to earn second-team recognition.

Three Firebirds — senior guards Abbey Casady, Chelsea Casady and A’Liyah Rogers — and one Lion — senior guard Anna Wright — received honorable mention.

Senior Kelsey Brooks, of league champion Olathe Northwest, was named player of the year for 2012-13, and Olathe South coach Steve Ingram was chosen as coach of the year.
