Letter: Impressive show
To the editor:
Friday night my husband and I attended the opening of “Ragtime” at Theatre Lawrence. First of all, the new theater is beautiful. Secondly, they took all the amenities of the theater and put out a wonderful performance. When they first used the turntable stage, the audience applauded. What a great thing to have.
But the best part could have happened on any stage. The performers were impressive. Those wonderful voices would have been great anywhere, but this new theater made it that much more exciting. Thank you, Theatre Lawrence.
