Paola ? Free State High’s wrestling team placed 11th among 16 teams Saturday in the Paola Invitational.

The Firebirds earned a pair of third-place finishes — Colton Steele at 145 pounds and Ben Soukup at 152.

Qualian Fowler finished seventh at 106, Sid Miller eighth at 113 and Sam Skwarlo eighth at 160.

Next action for the Firebirds is a home dual Wednesday against Lawrence High.
