Fire crews are responding to a brush fire in Douglas County, in the 400 block of North 2100 Road. Multiple units from Douglas and Jefferson counties have been called, and a few houses near the affected site have been evacuated.

Just an FYI. According the Lecompton Fire Chief, no structures were in danger and there or were no evacuations. All other fire departments were canceled.
