Prairie Village ? Free State singles player Alexis Czapinski had to wait a day to make her bid for a fifth-place finish in the Class 6A state tennis tournament.

Inclement weather rained out the meet on Saturday at Harmon Park, and organizers rescheduled the concluding matches for 10 a.m. today.

The only city player at state, Czapinski won her first two on Friday before losing in the quarterfinals.
