Water main break on 23rd Street closes 1 lane of traffic
Traffic is down to one lane on westbound 23rd Street, as crews work to fix a water main break.
The north lane of 23rd Street between Tennessee and Alabama streets is expected to remain closed for several hours. Crews are working on an 8-inch cast iron pipe that was installed in 1954.
