To the editor:
I would like to congratulate the City Parks and Recreation Department for the jaw-dropping beauty of the many artistically designed landscape plantings throughout the city.
Downtown couldn’t look more beautiful, and South Park is a show-stopper. It makes my heart sing. Thank you!
