Letter: Not too bright
To the editor:
A headline in Tuesday’s Journal-World reads: “City and Westar to partner on project to reduce energy use in downtown.” This is an excellent idea. When will Westar partner with Kansas University to do the same, at least with the stadium lights, brightly burning at 4 p.m. Tuesday and at other inappropriate times?
