Federal prosecutors have charged two Ottawa men with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Bradley Kielian, 40, and Justin Richardson, 26, each face a conspiracy charge stemming from drug trafficking crimes that occurred in Franklin County over a five-month span ending in April. Kielian is also charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Richardson is accused of maintaining a property for the purpose of drug trafficking at 714 N. Poplar St. in Ottawa.
Franklin County’s Drug Enforcement Unit investigated the case along with the Ottawa Police Department, according to a written statement from U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom’s Office.
