To the editor:

The governor is cutting out abortion and birth control money without proper legal procedure for votes among the pro-life groups and Catholic hospitals. This is why there should be separation of church and state. Neither the church nor the government should get into family planning unless they plan on bringing up the children as well.

Does the governor cut out tax money for Viagra or vasectomies? He cuts out SRS funding from the state budget even if the disabled are wards of the STATE.

Abortion clinics should not be targets for bombing either. Who needs terrorists? Poor or victimized women are victims of sex crimes or diseases. Isn’t this against the Roe vs. Wade law leaving the medical decision between the woman and her doctor? Is the governor breaking another law? Meanwhile, the media is pointing out how unfair the women of India or Pakistan are being treated.
