Lawrence residents are invited to participate in an informational session at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The event is sponsored by An Interfaith Dialogue, and the focus is on information, and not proselytization, said Peter Steimle, a Mormon bishop who is helping organize the session.

A presentation will be given, followed by a question-and-answer session.

It is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at 3615 W. 10th St.
