Christina Reed, a 31-year-old Hoyt woman who was injured in a motorcycle crash Sunday evening north of Lawrence on U.S. Highway 24 has been treated and released from Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka, a hospital spokeswoman said Monday. The driver of the motorcycle, Daniel Blazic, 44, also of Hoyt, was flown to Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., where hospital spokesman Bob Hallinan said Monday he could not release information about Blazic’s condition because of the hospital’s patient privacy policy.
