Shawnee Lawrence High’s Tre Sexton and Riley Gentry placed fifth and sixth on the boys side, and the Lions’ Kierstan Warren was sixth on the girls side to pace LHS to a pair of fourth-place team finishes at the Sunflower League bowling tournament on Friday at Park Lanes.
Sexton had a 622 series and Gentry a 661 for the Lions.
Free State placed eighth in the team race. Chase Taylor led FSHS with his 573 series to place 23rd.
On the girls side, Warren rolled a 584 series.
Free State was 10th of 12 teams.
Bri Martin had a high series of 474 for the Firebirds.
Free State will host a regional Friday at Royal Crest Lanes.
