Two Lawrence area schools are closed today because of weather.
McLouth and Oskaloosa school districts will not have classes.
In addition, a middle school boys basketball tournament in Atchison has been postponed until Tuesday because Atchison schools are not in session. Two Lawrence schools — South and West — will participate in the tournament.
South officials report there will be no basketball practice this afternoon, while West will hold practice from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
