Police cited a 50-year-old Lawrence woman for multiple violations, including leaving the scene of an accident and having no proof of insurance, after an accident Thursday on Kansas Highway 10 near Franklin Road. The accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Bambi Lindsay slid into another car in the eastbound lane, according to Sgt. Trent McKinley, of the Lawrence Police Department.
Lindsay, who police said fled the scene, and was located by police at the East Hills Business Park. The occupants of the other vehicle were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Should be leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Guess it really doesn't matter - there won't be any ramifications anyway, thanks to our lousy DA.

The police department tells me it is simply "leaving the scene of an accident" in this case. It could be because there were not major injuries reported.

The post I was replying to was removed and my post ended up here. Website says I have to post something. Anyway, Pearls, please contact the proper authorities because if what you said was true, her drivers license should have been suspended in that case.

Suspending a persons license will not prevent them from driving without it. First time caught all they have to do is say they were never notified the license is suspended, play dumb. example: It was sent to my old address, I've moved.
