Governor endorses re-election of Pompeo

September 28, 2011

— Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback is endorsing the re-election bid of U.S. Rep. Mike Pompeo for the state’s 4th Congressional District.

Pompeo told reporters Tuesday he is seeking re-election. His announcement comes at a time polls are showing congressional approval ratings at historically low levels.

Pompeo took office in January. He said he has done what he told Kansas voters he would do. He said he has worked so the government spends as little money as it possibly can and has worked to beat back government regulation.

The Republican congressman says when people talk about liberty, freedom and small government — the things people who call themselves Tea Partiers talk about — that is who he is.

Pompeo is the Koch brother's personal, hand-picked representative in Congress. How could Brownback do otherwise?

Just more help from the Topeka Christian Crusader, crushing the middle class and over taxing those who can least afford it. Destabilizing Society by giving handouts to the Rich is now called "balancing the budget" on the backs of the poor, who are getting poorer by the day. Top heavy must always fall and it will. All empires fail.
