Free State High’s volleyball team split a pair of matches at a triangular Thursday at FSHS.
The Firebirds lost to Shawnee Mission East, 28-26, 25-15, but beat Olathe Northwest, 25-15, 21-25, 25-16.
SM East beat O-Northwest, 26-24, 12-25, 25-22.
