Protest support
To the editor:
We should applaud the people in the park, not evict them! They are representing all of us who care about what’s happened to our democracy, to our elections being bought, to the ever-widening gap between the rich and the rest of us, to the people who have lost their homes or lost their jobs or can no longer afford their schooling. Our city government should not enforce laws that abridge their right to peaceably assemble! They stand there for us all!
