Barbecue to raise funds for upkeep of rural schoolhouse

The annual Rock Creek chicken barbecue fundraiser has been scheduled for June 4.

The event raises money for maintenance and upkeep of the longstanding Rock Creek School building. The barbecue will run from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and meals will be sold for $7.50. The event will be held at 36974 W. 231 Street in Edgerton.
