Lawrence Community Nursery School planning music festival on Saturday
The Lawrence Community Nursery School will host the Red School Rockin’ Music Festival on Saturday at Burcham Park.
The event, which will feature seven local bands, activities for children, food and drinks, will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the park, Second and Indiana streets. All ages will be admitted free.
Musicians scheduled to perform are the Danny Pound Band, Books of Bokonon, Kasey Rausch & Friends, Chopped Livery, Hello Biplane, The Bus Co. and L.A. Fahy.
