Hutchinson ? A 70-year-old Hutchinson man with an addiction to toxic vapors has been sentenced to nearly three years in prison for stealing paint thinner from a hardware store.

Reno County District Judge Tim Chambers said he felt the sentence would benefit and perhaps protect Kenneth Frick.

It’s the second time Frick has been sent to prison for crimes stemming from his abuse of toxic vapors.
