April Habitacular Hoopla event to benefit Habitat for Humanity
The First Annual Habitacular Hoopla will benefit Habitat for Humanity at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at Crown Automotive, 3430 S. Iowa.
A ticket will buy dinner, a cash bar and live music, and live and silent auctions will take place throughout the event. Final Four games will be shown during the fundraiser.
Auction items include a Kansas University basketball signed by Bill Self and the team, a Le Creuset teapot, a pearl necklace from Kizer-Cummings Jewelers, a Kindle, a grill and Sporting KC tickets.
Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at the Habitat office or Habitat ReStore, 720 Connecticut, or by calling 832-0777.
