Wichita ? A 1-year-old Wichita boy is dead after getting his head caught in a playpen at his baby sitter’s home in what police say was an accident.

The child was pronounced dead at the home day care center Wednesday afternoon.

A police spokesman says the boy apparently died of asphyxiation and there was no evidence of foul play.
