Douglas County prosecutors Friday charged a 27-year-old Eudora man with aggravated battery related to a Thursday morning domestic disturbance.

Eudora police said the incident occurred at 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Maple Street and that a woman was treated for injuries at the home but declined to be taken to the hospital.

Police then arrested Colby S. Pearson, and prosecutors Friday filed the aggravated battery charge. A judge set his bond at $7,000 and scheduled his next court appearance for Monday.
