Overland Park ? Free State’s soccer team suffered a 2-0 loss to Shawnee Mission Northwest at the SM District Complex.

“We played well, but we gave up two early goals and did not recover from that,” FSHS coach Kelly Barah said. “(SM Northwest) played well. They’re well coached.”

Free State fell to 5-2 and will play host to SM West on Thursday.
