Topeka ? Free State High’s volleyball team finished fourth Saturday at the Seaman Tournament.

In the third-place game, the Firebirds (8-11) lost to St. Marys, 27-25, 25-23.

Meaghan Holmes was picked for the all-tournament team.

Free State lost to Seaman in the semifinals, 27-25, 25-19.

The Firebirds defeated Junction City (21-25, 25-12, 25-17), Holton (25-20, 25-21) and Silver Lake (25-19, 26-24). They also lost to Hayden, 25-9, 25-17.
