A 19-year-old Paola man died in a one-vehicle accident early Wednesday south of Ottawa.

Franklin County Undersheriff Stephen W. Lunger said the wreck happened in the 3100 block of Cloud Road.

Jeffrey Belt was traveling west when his vehicle left the road to the north and rolled over. Officers and emergency responders received a call at 5 a.m. Belt died at the scene, Lunger said.
