Overland Park ? The Free State volleyball team won all three of its matches on Thursday at Shawnee Mission North.

The Firebirds defeated SM North (25-20, 25-15), Olathe North (25-20, 19-25, 25-19) and Olathe South (14-25, 25-23, 25-20).

Shelby Holmes led the Firebirds with 17 kills and seven stuff blocks, and Meaghan Holmes added 15 kills and seven stuff blocks. Katy Davis and Elisa Coffey tallied 21 and 20 assists, respectively.

The Firebirds (3-0) now travel to Lee’s Summit West on Saturday.
