Overspending
To the editor:
A new library with a big parking garage sounds good, but it’s overspending, which taxpayers, especially seniors, cannot afford.
We’re having trouble funding schools, finding jobs, stopping home foreclosures and now a new library? How’s this unlike what the federal government does in overspending?
The plan should be: 1) Get jobs; 2) Save the homes and schools; 3) THEN buy what you can afford, not go into debt, government or personally.
Vote “no” on the library.
