Firebirds volleyball lose three

Tecumseh — Free State High’s volleyball team went 0-3 at a quad on Tuesday at Shawnee Heights.

The Firebirds lost to Shawnee Heights (25-14, 25-18), Shawnee Mission Northwest (26-24, 25-21) and St. Theresa’s (25-20, 26-24).

Free State (11-16) next plays in the Emporia tournament on Saturday.
