A 28-year-old Lawrence woman was the victim of aggravated burglary Thursday in the 3900 block of Overland Drive. According to Lawrence police Sgt. Randy Roberts, a white woman knocked on the victim’s door around 6:30 p.m. The victim’s child opened the door and then yelled for his mother. When she got downstairs, the woman at the door was gone, and so was her purse. There is no suspect in this case.
