Elbert Davis Jr., a 20-year-old Lawrence man, was listed in fair condition Monday at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka after he was injured Saturday night in a one-vehicle rollover accident on U.S. Highway 40 about two miles east of the Douglas County-Shawnee County line.
