A wreck that happened about 8:15 a.m. in the 500 block of 23rd Street caused traffic congestion Thursday morning.

Witnesses reported via Twitter that traffic was down to one lane in each direction while emergency crews cleared the scene.

No one was injured in the accident.

Wednesday afternoon, a three-car accident at 23rd and Massachusetts streets forced emergency crews to shut down 23rd Street shut down for a little over two hours.
