Tax boycott
To the editor:
Thank you for informing us of the extra tax that helps the developers build more shopping centers and other places to spend our hard-earned dollars. Special thanks for listing where these places will be. Now we know the places to avoid/boycott.
Paying taxes for the good of the general population is one thing. Paying taxes that go directly for some developer’s profit is entirely another. We will be checking our sales slips carefully from now on, and any place that has more than the standard tax rates will off permanently off-limits for us.
