State Treasurer Dennis McKinney’s staff members will be in Lawrence today to help residents discover whether they have unclaimed property.

The staffers will set up from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.

It is the treasurer’s responsibility to locate the owners and heirs to more than $209 million in unclaimed assets and safe deposit box contents that are being held by the state.
