The Lawrence High-Free State baseball game scheduled for Monday night has been rescheduled for Wednesday because of rain.

Round 1 of this year’s baseball city showdown now will be played at 6 p.m. Wednesday at LHS.

The Lions and Firebirds will play Round 2 on Thursday at Kansas University’s Hoglund Ballpark. First pitch for that game is set for 7 p.m.
