Not at his best
To the editor:
I recognize the 19-year-old male from Atchison who was arrested Tuesday may not be the most upstanding citizen. But why would the Journal-World choose to run a picture of him on the ground, cuffed, police swarming, one shoe on and one shoe off, after being pepper-sprayed and Tasered? Not his finest moment, I’m sure. It’s like the television show COPS in print. No thanks.
