Potholes galore

Suggestion for Lawrence public works department: Replace the pothole report form Web page with a NO pothole report form. People could report any street in Lawrence that is actually free of potholes. You may find that the response is so close to zero that you can abandon the absurd exercise and use the money saved to hire a street engineer who knows how to spec repairs that will last longer than a few months.
